I usually workout in the living room that has a built-in kitchen, so my parents are often there and they literally love you 😂❤ My mum always says how pretty you look 🥰

I have been a serial HIIT addict and really burnt myself out. I used to do your HIIT workouts too, but I'm really appreciating these lower impact moderate intensity workouts now. I have to realize that if I want to keep my fitness sustainable, I have to approach exercise with more kindness and feel less of a need to kill myself with every workout. I'm an all or nothing person that needs to change!!!

Your workouts are awesome Olivia. I started my journey January this year, after having 2 babies back to back, and being diagnosed with a 2nd degree bladder prolapse, I knew I had to change my sedentary lifestyle. I began with you, slowly, alongside physical therapy for my prolapse. With your workouts after 4 months, of working on getting stronger I lost 10 pounds. I felt a lot better, so pushed myself a little too much, and really irritated my prolapse. So I jumped around a bit to other channels, before coming back to your workouts because your moves, your pacing, and the amount of breaks you put into your walking workouts, really help me to power through with less prolapse symptoms. Thank you so much! You're truly a gem! ♥
