Another walking workout is here and this time it's a 30 minute metabolic weight loss walking workout. This is a low impact, no jumping, knee friendly workout that is gentle on the joints, yet ensures you burn fat thanks to the short intervals. This walking workout features a number of core engaging exercises that will help you strengthen and tone your belly at the same time.
To increase the intensity of this walking workout, skip all the breaks and keep marching on the spot.

Great Saturday morning workout! Loved the warmup and cool down, I don't do them if they aren't part of the workouts. I love these workouts too because I hate going to the gym and being around sweaty angry people, I can do these alone and still burn calories!!! 🥰🤪

How do you count your staps ,if i may ask. Because i have a watch but it is not counting not close as that much you have. I have the have of your amount.

I got 3,199 steps and burned 172. It's really going to vary by person and how fast your walking or if you are walking at a steadier pace

Loved this this morning! Added 3 pound dumbbells and also light jogging in place during the breaks, and burned 320 active calories! Heart rate in zones 3 and 4 about half the time each. Very good way to start the day but didn't feel like too much. Appreciate your workouts!!

I chose this walking session for my WOD and it was great Everytime I don't feel well enough for a strength Workout I go for your walking workouts and I always feel better. Thks for the great quality work 👍

I think this is my favorite walking workout so far!! I love the 30 minute format because it’s easy to squeeze in - no excuses! I love that I can amp it up or chill it out based on my mood. With all the upper body movement it’s sooo relaxing and feels like one big active stretch session ❤❤❤ Thank you again!!!

This was a great workout. I had done some core work and other short workouts today but hadn't burned too many calories. What I find odd is how many calories I burn off in your workout. It was 241 active calories with an average heart rate of 121bpm, though I do wear 4.8 pound ankle weights. In many ways I burn off more calories 30 minutes with you than I do in some of the HIIT workouts I do. Thank you for making these available.

Thanks so much Olivia but I wish we could have warm up and cool downs in all the workouts. I normally have such limited time, it's really hard to search for seperate warm up and cool down videos
