At this point Anna is pretty much the only fitness trainer that I just click her videos and start working right away, I just know I'd love it and it will be painful in the best way. I agree! I have a playlist full of workout videos and I find myself clicking on her videos the most! I also downloaded her free recipes of food she likes to eat. I was surprised how delicious so many of these recipes are!! And that Tuna Pizza thing REALLY surprised me... like YUM!! I love this girl!!!
I've done it with 3 kgs dumpbell /arm but I feel this a great personal achievement, as I have started this job with 95 kgs (40 years old) and I am 64 kgs now (46 years old). Thanks a lot for your job because your workouts help me to feel myself as a queen!
I took a 3-4 day break after doing 24 minutes of this video. Working out 3 times in a row, constantly being on my feet at work, and little breaks got me tired so i stopped at that mark. Today, my goal was to pass that mark and see how I've improved. I ended up finishing the whole video with sufficient breaks and i feel great! Random but i just love working out and pushing myself. It helps so much, especially when you're prone to feeling anxious and dealing with hard circumstances. Im grateful to be moving and living in the moment 🙏

Took a month off because of exams and today is my first day back. Still got it but struggling a little, a lot of breaks taken, but not putting too much pressure on myself like before! But I’m so glad I chose this one, I’m literally shaking and sweating so much, determined to fuel myself and do this healthily this time round. I enjoyed this workout more than I had expected. I usually keep my eyes trained on the percentage to see how much workout is still left but today, I didn't even realize it was time for a cool down. Loved it!

Thank you for sharing your talents. I tried this workout over 3 months ago and struggled. I did not give up on getting healthier (even though I put this workout on the back burner for a while). you killed me with this one in the best way. the other dumbbell workouts that I did just made it feel like i wasn't pushing myself hard enough but with this one i really felt the burn, even though i had to stop a few times (my dumbbells are like 12 KG)

my absolute favorite workout of yours yet! I love a full body workout but wanted to focus more on arms - without getting discouraged due to burning out too soon. I was able to stick with the same weight throughout and juuust hit muscle failure but still finish with the curl hold at the end! Thank you so much!

as a person who barely works out, I'm glad that I can follow along this work out even I had to stop when it came to side plank and the curls because my bicep has no muscle at all 😂😂😂 but thank you for this work out. I hope I can be more consistent to spare some time for workout in the future ❤️❤️

I did this workout yesterday!! I loved it! I really felt good afterwards and it pushed me with only 10 second breaks in between. It was effective!! Thank you. I just subscribed to your channel. I love the no repeat! When I do repeat exercises on RU-vid with others, it gets boring! You kept me on my toes and I burned alot of calories! Do you have a workout plan? Like a 6 or 8 week challenge? This channel is called growingannanas for a reason. I could see how much I progressed in less than a month. At first i could barely do anything without stopping and pausing. Now I did all the exercises with weights and without stopping. Thanks Anna for helping me grow🥰
