30 min LOWER BODY WORKOUT | With Weights (And Without) | Warm Up and Cool Down Included

Join me for a 30 minute LOWER BODY WORKOUT to sculpt your legs and glutes. We'll be using dumbbells for some of the exercises, and just body weight for others. Today I'll be using two 15LB dumbbells. I've included a quick warm up and cool down as well. So grab your mat and get ready to sculpt! 💞 xox Mik

The BEST lower body workout you have done! Great transition time between the floor and standing exercises. Great verbal cues. 15 pounds is a great weight and you drop one to change things up. Your modifications are super helpful. Thank you!

I just turned 60 a few months ago and needed a challenging workout, but not too strenuous. I loved this and will be doing more. Did your upper body yesterday.

FANTASTIC workout! Relaxing, challenging, and a really fun video. A very beneficial workout for me. I really like the fact that you don't have beeps or rings or a lot of talikng like many other videos. Those additions are really distracting to me. I haven’t done strength training since before I got Covid almost 3 months ago. This was a perfect intro back! I’ve lost so much muscle I did 8lb weights and was still shaking at the end.

I just did this workout for the first time thinking it wasn't gonna be too bad and I was WRONG 😂This kicked my butt in the best ways, the next morning I literally had a sore booty lol it definitely targeted all the right areas. I'll be doing this workout again!! Thank you!🥰

Dear Mik! Your workouts are magnificent, you teaching style is so professional! Thank you! Please advise me how to structure the practices along the week. For example, in one out I combine upper body/arms and abs. Another day work lower body, in other days I do a full pilates workout.

I lift heavy and needed a lower body change. I’m 50 y/o. I felt like this was a nice challenge, yet totally doable. My back was starting to hurt from the heavy lifting. I really enjoyed this.
