Three rounds casual 10 minute finisher 🤣🤣🤣🤣💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼- can’t believe you used 5 you’re so strong!!!!! I did the quick 15 minute rebounder w wrist weights after … don’t ask why- it’s hard typing this now 🤣🤣🤣.

Loved this workout. I didn't feel rushed. Enough time to transition. The shake was real with the plank and kickback
