I have been doing your classes for nearly 2 years and I found this to be one of the most challenging workouts on your channel! Especially that chair sequence! I can never underestimate the power of yoga and how positive it makes me feel x

Big thanks to your balanced and well thought workouts that actually do make sense to my body as it transformed and toned muscles no gym yoga running lifting or climbing ever did it! I am seeing muscle definition i used to dream of ! They say discipline and dedication takes you to your goals! how long did it take for you to see the muscle definition?? i too have been moving with nicole consistently for 3 months now i wasnt this consistent with her or any other workout and i'd love to know that my consistency will pay off!!

I thought about doing a yoga workout today, and just when I started to look for one, I noticed you had uploaded this! Almost shed a tear during the chair sequence, but this was a great, creative and energizing workout!😊 Thank you Nicole for your free videos. I’ve been doing them for almost two years and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my body and mind. Sometimes I’m reluctant to workout, but once I’m done with your video, I feel amazing and refreshed! Nicole, i can't even express how grateful i am for everything you do!!! This was perfect. I never feel more in tune with my body than doing Move With Nicole workouts. And somehow they challenge me, fatigue my muscles, make me sweat & I still come out of it feeling strong and energized.

thank you so much nicole, love all of your workouts. This was my first time doing yoga rather than pilates and I was SO SORE from my 3 hour hike on Sunday that my whole body popped during this lol. Its also been a hot while since ive done a wheel pose and my back was feeling the stretch and my wrists were suffering too. love ya thank you so much for all your hard work🥰🥰🥰
