When our subtle body is strong - that's the ninth body in kundalini yoga teachings - we have a sharp perception and can discern what's REALLY going on - essential skills for these times! This 40-minute kundalini yoga kriya strengthens the subtle body so we can trust ourselves to be in the right place at the right time, and be able to read and understand our environment energetically.
As with all kundalini yoga kriyas, please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
