This 40 minute walking for beginners workout also includes leg strengthening exercises, designed to improve your cardiovascular system and build lower body strength. The cardio portion is about 2200 steps.
My mom inspired this low impact workout that celebrates yes2next’s second anniversary. Mom loves the side step move and always wants to strengthen her lower body to “get off the toilet” faster! The walking segment features fun exercises with side steps and a strength session focusing on the lower body. The walking segment consists of three rounds of four different exercises in 30 second rounds, each done twice. The leg workout consists of five lower body moves.
