I have sciatica in my left leg and it hurts all the time. But I've started watching and exercising with you both..and it really helps me. Will definitely try this! I go to a mental health therapy group and today a lady in the group recommended me looking up walk & dance. So I did! My goal for tomorrow is to try this out ☺️ I am not a senior by any means (I’m 30) but an absolute beginner. Due to my mental issues it’s difficult to me to get out of my home to exercise. I tried another at home workout a year or so ago but it was too difficult so I just gave up. But this looks more like something I could do!

Well, I just completed this one and I must say I really found it challenging. I am super tired now and back is yelling at me but I am glad that I did it. Earlier in the day I did a 10 minute seniors walk and I did the 5 minute boxing video. I think it is better if I take a look at all of the videos and choose more but less time on each. I will take another look at my goals that I am changing up for exercise as well.

First time trying one of your longer videos plus the cool down video. By about 3/4 way through I was barely going through the motions but I made it! I just do heel lifts for the walking in place as it's easier on my achy bits. I'll put this one on my once a week list :) Since I Chrome cast to the tv, I have no idea how far through the routine I am (or how much I have left) as there is no countdown on the tv screen - that's what I wish I could see!

Thank you bothso much! I spent almost three years virtually incapacitated by daily migraines. They took me off some medications and the headaches pretty much disappeared. I'm 60, so the road back seemed pretty daunting. Discovering your videos was my way forward. Three months ago I couldn't imagine doing a 30 minute cardio video. Now, I can do 60 minutes and I walk 5miles a day. It's all thanks to you both.

as a person in 20s who sits 8+hrs for work, this is much needed!! I just found out your workout from the 30mins resistance band and this one is a very good cardio part after some muscle building! and everytime i want to give up i told myself if my grandma can do this, i can do this. I really like this routine (probably one of my favorites) because it is of a manageable duration and the moves are enjoyable and as I get stronger I can challenge myself more. Well, there’s one move I don’t like, but I just substitute one of April’s moves that I do like and then I’m happy! I know April always says “Just keep moving!”

When i begin following your exercises I was going through a rough time then i decided to follow you everyday and I came out of my depression, and I noticed that when I stopped for a little while, I started to Physically feel stiff, so once again I am back to a daily exercise routine and incorporating different exercises making it more exiting so i wont get bored. I had to be creative as did this workout sitted. Loved it. I have my 6 weeks check up next week after my hip replacement and will ask surgeon if I can do more standing up workouts from now on. Say hello to your mum. She is an inspiration 😊

thank you, yes we trying to keep her young lol i see your mom keping up lol thatsagood thingsi use to be very active until carv19 hit i got sick last year haven been the same sense,but i trust God no matter what i take it one day at a time,you so sweet to teach these work out lesson,some time i think im having a strok cause my left hand tighing up hard to write or hold thing but in still moving and not giving up.thank you guys once again.

@@yes2next yes,i will do thank you for responding to mean means alot to me,i try and stay busy,baking home made but my blance is of i see were you say dont sit long,so i try to move about,im not use to sitting still i got very young grandkids kept me on my feet im thinking that played a roll i really dont know,and it man be stress,i was born with NF1 you can look that up i got a tumr on my neck from sugery 31 years ago,but i really thank you so much..
