The chain is so fucked up on this thing. It’s rusty and old… I’m gonna put new chain on it pretty soon . Might do some gold 420 chain to make it pop out more
Cool bike, looks fun. I am building a stage 3 301 with a 40 series Torque Converter. I have all the parts but the Trailmaster that I planned to put it on, I bought used and I'm having issues getting it titled and licensed. So, I will sell it and buy a new one to title and tag. I run a tagged and titled Trailmaster Hurricane with a built Ducar 212. Ran up to Harbor Freight yesterday and hit 61 at about 2/3s throttle (60 MPH speed limit). I run 65-67 all out. I am running a bit lean above 6500 RPMs. May play with the power valve on my carb to see if that helps...
Need to adjust the idle so while it’s sitting, it’s not idling so high and fix all the small stuff because if you don’t have good brakes and that throttle opens up, that thing is going full throttle lol

Dude you're missing out on performance and i speak from experience. I had a 440cc with a 30 series cvt and it went okay it felt fast but as soon as i upgraded to 40 series it was a world of difference. The launch was much stronger the top speed was higher the acceleration was the best. Also the belts last much longer. Im running the same belt 3 months on. Just do it bro you'll thank me later
