@@richardhudson1243 Such market uncertainties are the reason I don’t base my market judgements and decisions on rumours and here-says, got the best of me 2020 and had me holding worthless position in the market, I had to revamp my entire portfolio through the aid of an advisor, before I started seeing any significant results happens in my portfolio, been using the same advisor and I’ve scaled up 750k within 2 years, whether a bullish or down market, both makes for good profit, it all depends on where you’re looking.

If I had the 45. Hear me out, but 100 acres, build a mansion with regular thing u can find in a normal house. No fancy shii, gaming space on basement and a garage to hold 100 cars. Big ole pull to cover both houses (main and guest house). Drift/ go kart racing track and doc to the lake. And mad space for off-road. Still have mad money left.
the basket ball court design is nice but lets be honest the moment you miss a shot the ball could hit the rim and fall off of the court down the hill i think they should have included nets around the court to prevent that from possibly happening
