Love it when you include warmup and cooldown with the workout in one video. Saves my brain from unnecessary distractions and keeps me in the zone from start to finish. Thank you!

Please make 2 more variations or more of full body plus warm ups and cool downs for us who do full body 3 times a week. Also please keep the exercises simple so that we can focus on good form and progressively use heavier weights 😊

Maddie, this was absolutely perfect!! One of your best full body workouts of all time. I always come back to you--you have the most effective and not miserable ab exercises. I can't stand unweighted ab movements and you always find a way to incorporate abs in a way I can do. Can't thank you enough also for the tip on assisted push-ups. I usually dread them, but I found myself actually enjoying them with the band for help? I felt my form improve and felt the burn without the wrist pain (I was holding onto dumbells). I especially loved the calmness of this video--this session didn't call for super intense electronic music or pop, it was perfectly accompanied! You are such a gem and I hope you know your immense positive impact on young girls and women everywhere!! Thanks for all that you do.

I love that you are so focused on form! Also I love that it’s not super fast paced but still tests my strength as some with PCOS I can’t deal with super high intensity. I also love that you include warm up and cooldown otherwise I have to find a separate video or sometimes skip it all together. I’ve been following your videos for years - never stop and Thank you !

Okay despite the band crushing your mic 😂 using the band while doing pushups was actually so good for me! I felt way more support - really enjoyed this one, always love your strength videos but I do really appreciate a long one with a cooldown and warmup sometimes when I want a bit more of a challenge 💪

Amazing! Good video length! I need to get a set of heavier weights but was able to improvise with my lighter ones thanks to your suggestions! I've been following your videos since the start of the summer and after a life of not caring for myself and being exercise "phobic" I'm finally making good choices and am loving the results! I see a lot of « more 45 minutes work out »… don’t know if i’m too tired ahaha or too buzy but the 30 minutes are my favorite ! I work out every day but I like it when it’s fast! But, of course, when it’s MadFit, I love it anyway and I Will do it! Thank you for your wonderful work out, they are my favorites !!! Sorry for my approximative english😅

The tip with the band for the pushups was super helpful!! ❤ I usually struggle to do the pushups for the whole period but with the band I did and it still definitely burned

I have been with you from the start! From complete obese beginner. Now more athletic with a love for weights, i found the pace challenging, i felt the aches next day inlcuding my glutes woot! Would vote for another another 45min full body weighted, as i will wear this one out soon! Ha
