This made me escape to the past, the future, to nooks I had forgotten. It’s golden, glowing, powerful and deeply: HEALING. I know this is meant for sleep, but I’ve been using it to forgive myself and others and..it’s been great with that. Added bonus: I get to bed by the end of my forgiveness run❤️

Normally all the other sleeping sounds never help me fall asleep😕. But this sound helped me fall asleep within minutes😴. It usually takes me like and hour to fall asleep. So thanks alot headspace 💕.

hey, for all the people looking at the comments trying to go to sleep, think about everything you have going on in your mind. imagine putting it into something like tabs on a browser. clear your thoughts by exiting out the tabs, and listen to this. or, write down all your ideas, so they're there tomorrow. hope this helped. ❤️

RIP. I literally just woke up and went to open my phone to see that overnight after I had used this sound (edit: I use the app, not this version on youtube), everything became locked. The doze sound, everything. You have to pay for a subscription. I've been using this specific sound to help me sleep for almost 4 years and I've tried going to sleep without it, nearly impossible because I have difficulty sleeping in general. But when I used this sound it was just so easy to focus on the sound and sink into my bed. I've supported this app, and company for years and now I'm upset I can no longer use it without paying for it.
