Great workout - thanks!!! Just had hip replacement 2 and1/2 weeks ago and this is the perfect way to work out my upper body and a little bit challenge my right hip safely. So glad I had equipment! Cheers!

Seriously the best set of work outs I have found on here. Well explained and demonstrated. I really can see where these will be a big help for not only my road cycling but for mountain biking, all the core and "off balance stuff" will really help this up coming season. Thanks again....ps: these mini bands are EVIL!!! HAHAHAH :-)
Looks like a great combo of moves to burnout the upper body Larie! I don’t have a suspension trainer yet but when I get one this is definitely on the top of my to do list! 😍
