Hi Jim. Thanks for the sharing the interview. I was the person that that responded to you about my wife buying my cyclone rake over 22 years ago. Just a follow up I did have a problem with my 22 year old cyclone rake this past fall. I must of sucked up a rock and broke one of my impellers on the engine. I called cyclone rake and they had them in stock. I live 30 miles from there location. Drove down there purchased the part and with in an hour I was able to change the broken part. The kit came with instructions and all of the necessary hardware to perform the repair. Here I was thinking I would have to buy the complete engine and blower assy. I could only imagine the nightmare I would have had if I bought this unit from a big box store. This company is superior. I remember visiting their location over 22 years ago and when I went to pick up the part the factory was exactly the same.
