I could listen to Rob Justice stories all day man. Besides being a great story teller, I love how socially aware he is and also how interested he is in social/cultural dynamics, really engaging to listen to.

The best part of these guys is how they riff off each other, add to it, elevate everything, and all laugh at it. They don't seem like they ever try to outdo each other, they just collaborate and make each other better, while having fun. Makes sense why the show has been on so long.

As much as I love getting background and stories behind the episodes, these storytelling podcasts are amazing. It highlights just how brilliantly funny you all are with the quick quips that leave me in stitches…and the commitment to the characters using the ostrich every time Kaitlin calls in makes me laugh every time.

When my family went to France in the 90's, the first thing I remember when arriving was my mom asking a pair of airport employees if they spoke English & one replied in the snippiest way possible "we speak English, not American" & walked away.

Glen made me laugh so hard when he asked if anyone was talking about him at the emmy parties lol

Sincerely nice to see there are people out there who actually even consider their kids' feelings before getting into public fights. Many of us, myself included, unfortunately have parents who are basically the always sunny characters.

As an expat in France, I can confirm that a lot of French people (not all) can be a bit extreme about their language they just can't stand people not mastering it and pronouncing things incorrectly and they would even judge you for that. As for the arrogance and rudeness stereotype, having lived in a major city, Paris and a small one near the Atlantic coast, it's 100% true for the former and completely the opposite for the latter. I was even creeped out by how nice people were there at first.

I imagine there are scales tattooed on Rob's pecs and they flex up and down as he's weighing the situation.

I know Glenn always says he tries to be as unlike his character in real life is possible but it was really disappointing to find out that he doesn't have security cameras in his bedroom running 24/7. You know a camera for banging

there needs to be a episode of sunny called Mac Justice and is about Macs alter ego where he fights "crimes" but it is just little misunderstandings or someone cutting in line and it just sets him off and he needs to set the world right.

I used to work a very tourist-facing job in NYC, dealt with tourists from all over the US, Europe and Asia, and my experience was that French tourists were BY FAR the most difficult people to deal with. It was like they went out of their way to be jerks, and while they were on vacation no less. It was baffling.

After Charlie called Glenn Draco Malfoy and replied "Oh that's pretty cool, He had the slicked back hair - that's the guy with the blond?" - he had the perfect opportunity to say "oh cool - well he was the original right"

This has got to be turned into a sunny episode

I love nothing more than hearing Rob talk shit about the French. I often feel like a general annoyance with the demeanor of the French is one of the few things the entire world agrees on. It has the potential to bring all of us closer together.

Rob's talking about Parisians, I think. In my experience, non-Parisian French people are typically pretty nice. But Parisians are always "too busy" to have any compassion. I once was at a Parisian cafe with my partially deaf friend who had worked really hard to learn French. And as soon as he heard her Scottish accent and beginner-level French, he replied in English. We ordered drinks, he walked away, then I "went to the bathroom" but secretly found the server and paid him 20 euro to finish service in French. I know money talks, yada yada, but all I'm saying is that Parisians seem to always act "too busy" to be nice. Everywhere else I went in that country was inviting and people showed a genuine interest in me. But Paris is pretty heartless. Update: They are correct about the sacred break time. I went to the bank once and none of the employees would look at me. I said in French, "Hello... excuse me... is the bank open today?" like trying to be nice and eventually the bank manager walked out of his office and was like, "Hey, sorry, they're on their lunch break, how can I help you?" LMAO this was in the northeast.

I once had a layover in a French airport and it was exactly the same. I was once queuing to buy a bottle of water for a solid 5 minutes while 5 airport staff stood around talking in French and ignoring everyone.

Now I have to see an episode of Sunny where we hear Dennis shouting "I desire the sweet cream of justice!" or "I will taste the sweet cream of justice!"

I’m completely with Rob on this one. As someone who has worked both retail and in restaurants there is no reason to be so rude. Sure, some days are rough but that doesn’t give you a pass to be a complete jackass when you’re simply being asked to do your job. Also, $30 a head is insane.

I'm sure Kaitlin intentionally neglected to mention that after Rob stood up for her and acquired the cream, that there was almost certainly a secondary cream exchange that took place later on in the evening

For me it's when you try to speak French to be polite and the French pretend not to know what you're saying. I know they know what I'm saying because a) I took French for like 8 years at school and the phrase I'm saying is basic af and b) other French people have zero issues understanding me. But they can tell I'm British and apparently that's enough to be rude. Go to Germany instead lol, they're so nice there.

When I was 15 I went to France with my family. We were at a restaurant and I had to find the bathroom, I asked an employee in broken French, “hi, ou sont les toilettes?” He pointed down a hallway with a couple of doors, and as I began to walk towards the door I thought he pointed to, he grabbed me by the belt and slowly but forcefully pulled me backwards. After being leashed to him for a few steps, he pushed me towards (basically into) the door that was the bathroom. I’ve never had someone be so rudely helpful.

My cat was seven when we got our pup and they were surprisingly best friends from go. It shocked me that the cat was so cool. She had never shown any propensity for kindness up to that point

My girlfriend had a residency outside of Paris this summer and spent a month basically being harassed and stalked by men old enough to be her dad which the rural police just shrugged off. I think it’s a generational thing because all the younger French people I know are very sweet, but boy there must have been something in the water over there in the past

Rob’s social situations give me so much anxiety and fill me with anger. I hate people so much lol

The more comfortable they get doing these podcasts the funnier they are. Best one yet!
