Xifaxan, low carb, fasting, Dr Davis' SIBO Yogurt (this one helped control bloating the most) and his other protocols. NONE have rid me of SIBO. I've read it's probably because of having too much ecoli in the gut - from too much antibiotics OR food poisoning... I've had both :( I'm trying to find a way to kill the ecoli specifically in my gut now. Seems logical. Any ideas? All these stupid YT videos only go over prevention, not ridding my gut of them.
(*) I have used Oregano Oil sparingly in distilled water twice a day. Never exceeding 4 drops per dose. (*) I also chew on cloves every morning about 3- 4 of them! I appreciate your Videos out . You be my All Time FAVORITE 😍 Th Ankh You

Add ox bile to your diet, I take mine on an empty stomach first thing in the morning about an hour before I eat my first meal 😋 and about an hour and a half after my meal time, is seems to be helpful, I also take beet flow and Hcl with my meals.
One thing I haven't seen mentioned in terms of the cause of SIBO is poor food combining that's how I got it. I ate watermelon with spicy hot links at the same time.... regretted it for 2 months...melons ferment when combining with neat...however with the information I'm getting from you as well as other experts in this field I am on my way to recovery... symptoms are lessening gradually. ACV and Aloe Juice has helped
So our RO water filter has an alkalising filter on it to replenish what’s removed through filtering process. I have suspected years of drinking alkaline water has contributed to my SIBO and low HCL. But what do you do with RO water? It’s dead water without the remineralising cartridge… any suggestions please?
Hi Tracey, In most cases, yes. Which makes sense. Food is suppose to acidify in the stomach, so when it's not doing that, there is no signal that it's time for the food to leave the stomach. It can happen for a wide variety of reasons, but our totally free digestion course will show you how to look at your body chemistry and gain more insights into why it might be happening and how to fix it. You can find that course here: kickitnaturally.com/course
WTF, I came here for the comedy/humor and what I got was a lecture but I learned a lot of sh!t about what's been causing gut issues for my forefathers for centuries and me now. Please do a video on the best diet or even a neutral diet to not stress out the gastrointestinal system if carnivore is not the optimal diet. Thank you.
lol Mike! Since it will be different for every person, This video talks about how to figure out the right diet for you and your body: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-olKPDHWd2GM.html
Drinking alkaline water affect stomach acid? But I have to drink salt-water to keep with my electrolytes and blood pressure. Otherwise, BP is too low. Taking HCL+Betaine though.
alkaline water and salt or minerals in water are not the same thing. Here is our video on how to raise minerals: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-t-67PAToBSw.html
I seriously need to thank you, watching your videos and reading your book has helped me in so many ways . 😊😊😊 I am getting this digestive issue under wraps. I'm not kidding when I say I used to get so constipated that it even affected my left leg and I was so impacted that it affected walking,
@@KickItNaturally I had some stomach pains. I went to kaiser. They arrogantly stated, your low on fiber. They left it at that, and prescribed antibiotics. I hate Most doctors! They really don't care! My husband has been taking PPI’s every day for many years. He does not have any stomach or intestinal issues like SIBO. Since he does not have enough stomach acid to solidify his food correctly due to turning off stomach acid, and probably has more alkaline in the stomach bringing in microbes, how is it he doesn’t have digestion problems or maybe not yet. I’ve been informing him of the risks but because it’s been many years on PPI’s, he can’t tolerate the acid reflux without the PPI’s. I’m worried about what this can turn into down the road.
So I take omeprazole for acid reflux and have no gall bladder. I tried to come off the omeprazole but acid reflux got too bad so I started taking it again. Constipation is everyday or ether watery stool. Where do I begin ?
Hi, what I did to stop ppis was to start taking l glutamine and DGL licorice . Another option is my mastic gum. For Constipation, start taking magnesium citrate* helps soften stool and stress. Also begin bile salts
A significant case of diarrhea can kill some bacteria, but it can also kill good bacteria. And remember that some microbes thrive in an acid environment as well, which is why you really want to make sure you have stomach acid and bile flow.
This is the best and complete explanation about SIBO. Thank you SO much for sharing your knowledge in a simple way. Could you do a video about H Pyloric how to eliminate it in a natural way bc the antibiotics are not working and destrying our weeak microbiotic environment. Thank you agrain.
HI Beverly, in the free digestion course that you'll find the link to in the description below this video, you'll learn that we recommend people use HCL without pepsin. Pepsin is not bad, but at the higher dose that most people need to use HCL, that much pepsin can create discomfort.
@@KickItNaturallyMine come tomorrow, one bottle with & one without. Here's hoping my deal gets Ameliorated, forth with ! Thank you for sharing your knowledge 💜
I don't know of any reason that any enzyme can't be taken with HCL. Your body is supposed to make it's own HCL and enzymes would be mixing with that naturally, right?
Thank you Doctor for your knowledge, my issue is that my ileocecal valve doesn’t open the way is suppose to. I had my appendix removed in 2010 when it wasn’t that the problem. Few years after I found a good gastro doctor that in one visit he told me what I had so I was prescribed VSL as probiotics and it helped me. More years passed and something trigger again this pain in this area feeling sick all over, loss of weight and I am only 89 lbs now. I was 99 lbs before a foot injury last year. I eat very healthy and I am tired of this suffering a new primary doctor tested me for A1c (5.4), HdL (86) and every other test is great. Her diagnosis was Digestive issues. I am new in your channel and I am happy to hear you and the solutions, I was taking HCL before not in between a very small amount before lunch and dinner. It didn’t bother my stomach then I was sipping ACV 1/4 of teaspoon with water that bother a little my stomach in between my ribcage more to the left, is like vitamin C in powder hurt there too and I am constipated too. I have good appetite but I can’t eat too much because I am belching horribly. Thank you for you time. My problem is The Digestive system everything is good in my blood work. Thank you.
I have a question , is it okay to take an hcl w/ pepsin before taking supplements in order to absorb the nutrients from the supplements ? Or should I just keep taking hcl with meals only ??

I’ve heard that adequate HCl stimulates bile and enzymes, so if this is true, just wondering if you think HCl alone could correct the digestive processes?
In my experience, it can for some. But I never let clients take HCL without also taking Beet Flow to ensure bile is flowing properly for this reason: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-2JuuZ5X0vF0.html

HI Tracey. Yeah, that is a little more complicated, but gastritis is often caused by a lack of stomach acid, so that function still needs to be corrected or the issues will just continue to come back. But you may need to take other steps before you qualify to increase stomach acid. Steps like improving bile flow so the bile can neutralize those acids as they leave the stomach, or steps to decrease the overgrowth and such. Going through our totally free digestion course will help you start to walk through those steps. You can find that here: kickitnaturally.com/course Our podcast episode on gastritis could help too: kickitnaturally.com/gastritis-uncool/ Let us know how it goes.
HI Tracey Catchpole, the first thing to look at with these issues is poor bile flow. Here is a vidwo with signs that can help you figure that out: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-iYs-yamzxx0.html Let us know how it goes.
