I agree, way too big. but if they try to reduce it, it wouldn’t be so thin. still worth considering . not everyone cares about super thin watches. I like some bulkiness. I actually like the new octo Roma world timer with a rounder and thicker case
I have one of these. I’ll preface by saying I have a small wrist. This wears better and more comfortably than my Rolex sub 41. Once this is sized to your wrist it really feels amazing. It is thin and relatively lightweight for the size impression the watch give off visually.
Bvlgari are a very different watch brand, very unique too and their pieces are very impressive. Would rather have one than the Royal Oak tbh because AP sucks 😂 people just say they’re great without knowing
This watch is more about the stunning case and bracelet, which really stand out in person. Having a flashy dial would distract from that, in fact the plain matte black dial works the best in this steel version.
A jewellery brand that owns the original designs of the man that made AP and PPs most well known watches, makes everything in house, and has won multiple awards for horology ok dude.
I don't recall Bulgari making clothes or bags. They are not Gucci. A better comparison would be another jeweller like Cartier but Bulgari have surpassed them already.
The Octo is not in the same league as a Lange or Holy Trinity watch. Your analysis and photography confirm that obvious fact. At the Octo price point, I can think of at least 5 other brands I’d take over it.
