Lovely video!! Copenhagen is very much a city for people- see all the bikes everywhere. But "affordable housing" is not what you'll find much of in the Opera area. 24000 kroner for 110 m2 is extortionate and 38000 is ridiculous. Most Copenhageners hate the Papirøen development, which is NOT for "the people". And no, I'm not a communist!
You are not taking into consideration the fact that the average salary in Denmark is very high so that prices you talked about aren't so expensive. Thanks for comment!
This ain't no "world capital of architecture". Lol, the majority of Copenhagen architecture is bland and uninspiring. Everyone knows that Chicago is the capital of Architecture.
Copenhagen has been named the Architecture Capital of the World - World Capital of Architecture by UNESCO and the International Union of Architects, UIA. from 2023 to 2025.
It's only because you looked at this architecture you could think of certain other designs or enhancements. You never had that original idea to begin with or call it as something you pioneered
