How to check whether your Park Neutral Switch is working properly with a simple continuity check in each gear. If you have continuity as shown here, then your switch is good.
Yes, one of the pins in the 4-pin connector is a bit sideways and I'll need to straighten it before I reconnect it.

Gotta center in the frame, and have light so we can actually see.

I didn't understand at the end if that switch you tested is good or not???

Thanks for the feedback. Great question. The switch is good. In the description, I wrote "If you have continuity as shown here, then your switch is good."

What about 3,2,1 on the 7 pin connector?

If the connector shorted at the big connector would it cause no 3rd gear?

Just replaced My neutral safety switch because park and neutral would not light up when engaged. I still have the same problem. All started after having pump assembly replaced on transmission. Any ideas. Drive fine. Indicator lags but R lights and D 321 light. No park or neutral dash indicator lights.
