I got the chance to meet up with some followers of the channel while I was hammock camping in Uwharrie National Forest. Uwharrie is a super popular off-road destination in North Carolina about an hr or so east of Charlotte. With its extensive network of OHV trails, multiple campgrounds and dispersed camping opportunities, in combination with a river and lake combo, there is never a shortage of outdoor activity.
