Dunking at 5'7" was normal to me cuz I just wanted to accomplish that feat. When I got taller I couldn't believe I was dunking at that height

167cm here. I can dunk bball in 9'9rim. My highest record max vert is 40 inches,then I got lazy and out of shape for 1 year.Now I only have 34' vert.😅 Dont be lazy like me folks.

if u had a max vert of 40 u should've been able to dunk even if u were 5'6 even most people with smaller hands would only need like a 39-40.5 inch vert to dunk at ur size keep it up though.

I'm 5'7 too. I never tried to dunk LOL haha. But I can run 100m sprint in sub 11 already and I'm getting even better. I am a track athlete. The height can makes things difficult, but can not stop you if you want.
