Hey guys! I'm excited to share my experience with the 🌟 5:2 fast diet 🌟 with you. Made famous by Dr Michael Mosley. I'm so excited to share with you my results and feedback so far 💖
One of the things I love about this diet is the flexibility. You can choose which two days of the week you want to fast, so it's easy to fit into your schedule. And on the other five days, you don't have to worry about counting calories or restricting what you eat.
I've lost weight, I have more energy, and I feel better overall. I am sharing today some of the tweaks I've made along the way, PLUS a typical day of eating on a fast day and non fast day. 🍵 💫 🧿
