I love I.F. I’m not always motivated to do it but when I do my tum goes so flat. Do you have specific amount of cals you can have during the eating window? Or do you have what you like as long as it during those hours?
yes i love that flat tummy feeling! at the moment i don't count calories while fasting just because i'm super busy with work and life etc it's too much to add counting calories on top - in a perfect world i would but i think the reduced eating window naturally forces me to eat less calories - thanks! 💖

hahaha! i love that - you can't beat a red wine in the middle of autumn 🍁🍷 so when I do 16:8 i start eating at 11 or 12 and then stop at 7pm or 8pm till the next morning! just black coffee or tea in the morning. Cauliflower rice is so good xxx
@@rubykenward cool thank you. It made me realise that's what I did without realising on my weight loss last year. I was doing 10.30 til 6.30 eating. Didn't realise it was intermittent fasting. I lost 2 stone that way. I was in a cal deficit as well though. I love these videos. Please please do more lovely x
Hey Ruby! I do the 16/8 IF as well and my stomach also feels flat compared to extreme bloating every day. I believe it is because the body is digesting the food rather than creating inflammation and increased insulin all day. Thanks for sharing!

@@rubykenward my eating times vary but try to eat between 12pm-8pm and sometimes I’ll decrease the fast from 16hr to 14 depending what I’m doing during the day, but I have cut off my meals completely by 8/8:30pm the latest.
