The tool magazine, which is protected from dust and chips, holds up to 24 milling tools as standard and can be optionally expanded to hold up to 48. In addition, the tool changer can be loaded from outside the machine as a matter of course. During milling, the tool magazine is closed and protected from chips.
The CNC machining center uses minimum quantity lubrication as standard during milling, thus reducing the formation of a built-up edge on the tool. The CNC milling machine is suitable for roughing and finishing up to the finest superfine-finish surface and is significantly less expensive to purchase than a machine tool.
