Some people are just natural born Teacher's and you definitely are one of them! I can't stress this enough, I love your videos and you are such an inspiration to me especially being a mom. Keep doing you, the world will know your greatness soon ✨️
This helps so much! In my first class the instructor was pretty bad an explaining things and also didn't seem to recognize some people needed to modify technique to fit their abilities. This really helped explain how to get into a Jasmine in a way that I think makes more sense.
So happy to hear this was helpful for you! How is your jasmine now? Feeling pretty solid or still a work in progress? @Elizabeth_BFit I still feel like it's not great but as I build up shoulder and core strength I feel like I'm putting less weight on the lower hand. The amount i was depending on that lower hand was uncomfortable and made me nervous about that position.
Yaaayyyyyy!!! Love to hear that!!! Always makes my day! Thank you for sharing that with me. If you haven't already signed up for my weekly emails I'd highly recommend it for weekly tutorials, training tips and inspo at the link below. And it's all free! elizabethbfit.kartra.com/page/PoleTutorials
i started pole about a month ago and i gotta say, so far you give instructions the best. i couldnt do the pole sit until you explained it in easy terms and i was able to do that and the genie first try!

Day 1 of pole at home Masthead was the only one I could do. The others you make look so easy but they definitely are not 😰 how long have you been poling? I will keep at this new hobby since it’s insanely fun but I’d like to have an idea of what my progress will look like 😊
Congrats on your Masthead!! It's such a beautiful shape! And welcome to the wonderful world of pole. I'm so excited for you and your journey ahead! I started pole in 2012. You can learn a little more about my pole journey on my blog here: elizabethbfit.com/polejourneyreflections/

@@Elizabeth_BFit It means a lot that you have dedicated yourself with no strings attached ($) to helping others. keep up the good work work. It is so appreciated.
Both of my current home poles are by X-pole. For more info on my set up and recommendations I just recently made a video on it here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Rn_PaBtqf6s.html
Nothing. It just takes time to let that delicate skin adjust. Take your time and don't do too many in each training session. They'll get better over time. If you have not done so already, I’d love to have you join my EBFit private Facebook group and share your videos there for celebration, feedback and pointers. Make sure you answer the FB group questions so I know you are a fellow poler 😉 facebook.com/groups/EBFitPolers/
Shaking from exertion? Sure that can happen but of course please do listen to your body and any health limitations. Consult a doctor if you are unsure if you should be trying new exercise things.
Takes time to get used to the pole points of contact, I feel ya. I usually try to combine moves that use different points of contact whenever possible so as to lessen the wear and tear on one spot, like the back of the knees.
these are not nearly beginner pole tricks. this is definitely intermediate stuff. also, pole is about fluidity and movement. this takes more than a few weeks to learn.
Pole is about whatever you want to focus on (strength, fluidity, flow, tricks, combos...) And these are all tricks that I work on in my beginner classes. No, not all beginners will have them but like all levels, there is a sliding scale of new (beginners) and still beginner-ish but have been doing it for a while.
