D-pad! D-pad gives you way more specific control over your motion inputs since they can’t like slide out of place like a stick does. It’s a weird transition if you aren’t used to it but it makes quarter circles etc way easier since you don’t have to estimate how far a quarter circle rotation is

Yeah of course, whatever controller you’re most comfortable with. I use PS4 DualShock because of the DPAD placement and responsiveness but if you prefer Xbox then use that!
