I have never been busier in my life than I have now. A lot of times I’ll stay home but since this breakup I say yes to anything I’m invited to. I take myself out to eat, I go dancing, I have dinner with friends, I am reading, and watching these videos in between. Got a whole new wardrobe, lost weight, & feel better about myself as a person. Does it still hurt? Yes at times worse than others, some days I feel healed but that grief will sneak up on me but I’ve definitely learned it’ll pass & I can cope. Watching the videos certainly brings me back to the realization that no matter what I WILL BE OK! We will all be ok.

5 things I want to see from my ex: 1 - See a therapist to work on deep issues / blocks we discussed many times and you acknowledged 2 - Reflect on my needs and why I wasn't happy 3 - Own the fact that you promised you would work on your issues with a professional and haven't yet 3 - Give me space 4 - Understand that a relationship is between 2 people with needs 5 - Work on your maturity and learn empathy. I only wish you love and the courage to do the above at least for the next person in your life rather than being stuck in your patterns and persisting blocks. Own this and see a therapist.

In the midst of doing all these and so damn proud of my growth and change. The old me was a great but the new me is the best. I'm happy to know me.. had contact with my ex finally after nc for 2months. Keep on growing

Just saw my ex at a bar after not seeing him for a month. We caught up and it was nice then I saw him talking to other girls and getting their numbers. I stayed calm and thought of Craig and stayed with friends. Thank you Craig and Victoria for videos like these.

I have been consistently vulnerable, apologised for my mistakes and both acknowledged & validated her feelings but I am dealing with a narc so that has always been used as weapon by her to club me like a baby seal rather than drawing out any similar acknowledgment from her. But my conscience is now clear. More recently she has been very devious, securing the loan of equipment I own by using a third party to finesse me. Silly bc I would have been very happy to lend it had I known the truth… and I told both her and her coconspirator exactly that…

Thanks Craig and Victoria for shedding some light on my ex relationship i am willing show my ex that I am not the anxious person I was before but I doubt she is going to reveal her mistakes I just think that she wants someone there but no questions or pressure on her I know nothing about her and if I try she get upset but she says she loved me make that make sense.

When my ex broke up with me, I reacted very anxious and tried to get her back. I was going thru a very complex phase of my life. But, after "fighting" back for a week I apologized for some mistakes I did, I wished her good luck, and since then I havent contacted her anymore. This was end of November 2023.

I’m seeing a pattern from my ex of periodically coming towards me then taking a couple more steps towards me and then ghosting… I believe that there’s an external influence intruding, partly bc of this stepping towards then running away. I think the emotional step is then over ruled by an intellectual thing

i have a very specific question in terms of i am doing NC with my ex but we work in the same place so i see her at work she broke up with me after 3 years an said she just wanted to be single an that there is a lot of love still i get it i do. She also blames it on her mental health an that is sad because i just wanted to help her. But the NC I'm not contacting her etc but at work I'm obviously civil an just say morning or hello should i be doing that or straight up just like avoiding her at all costs.

Coach Craig i been doing no contact for 5 yrs now with my ex husband. Then recently we accidentally saw each other in my daughters clinic. I saw him and I’m ok. With it. Swing him. But he didn’t even say hi or ignore me. My daughter saw him and. He looks mad when seing me happy. He walk out in the clinic without even saying goodbye to our 3 kids…. My ex used to always block me after every small fight and then would unblock me . With time I started feeling anxious because of this and always used to go around the block and convince him to get back together . He always did usually after 2-3 days . He used to say mean things during fight and after resolving it , he said those things didn't mean anything so i believed him . This time also he blocked me after telling me he is breaking up with me , as usual i tried to get around the block and tried to convince him for 9 days after breakup but nothing worked . My ex started seeing someone after 1 month(rebound probably-hopefully) maybe less, I had became emotionally neglectful due to health issues and i let myself go.. should I still own up to my own behavior and show that empathy after reflecting on myself and apologize about treating her this way etc... ? Dang, do people really just see a video and automatically downvote? That's messed up. Anyway, it's been a month of NC. Got a text from her last night that she dreamt about me and hoped I had a good birthday, even though it was 2 weeks ago. Hey , i just wanted to ask, its been nearly 1.5 months of my breakup and i haven't contacted her. Neither has she. Now the thing is, she has been spreading things about me to some friends, and even when we were together, she wasn't really supportive of me and wast ok with my finances and life goals. Craig I wish I could afford your coaching because I’m at a point where I am totally lost! I was going no contact n he realized and popped up on me at my house n I fell for him head over heals n now I feel stuck because he knows I knows he is living his wild life with Girls (something he was sure I wouldn’t settle for) n now I’m basically settling for all the bs he is going on with.
