Becoming emotionally attractive is extremely important to re-attracting an ex, meeting new people, and maintaining a relationship. If you don’t do the work it will come back to haunt you

Hey coach, just wanted to thank you so much!! Watching your videos have helped me. I was going through a depression and when my girlfriend broke up with me it made it worse... during our relationship I was contemplating suicide and it got worse when she dumped me. I had a really rough childhood. I started watching your videos and going and getting help. I'm getting better mentally, physically and emotionally. And watching your videos have helped me out a lot and I dont think about doing that now. Youre the man, im going to get a Skype call with you really soon and I honestly can't wait for it. I want her back so bad and I will continue to make changes to better myself in all aspects. Again I'd love to thank you coach!! You helped save my life and I cant thank you enough!!!! Much love and God bless you

People really can sense your mental health. A few times this weekend, I had several friends tell me that "you seem like you're in a really good spot." They saw me at my worst earlier this year, now it's completely different. A couple that saw me before the pandemic while I was still in the relationship remarked with "dude, you seem way more healthy emotionally now." It's funny, for me it's been a bunch of small changes, but bring it all together and show someone you haven't seen in awhile, and they really do see a "new" you. I understand why eventual contact after an extended period works now. If you make changes and offer a whole new package, people can't help but notice. Guessing if my ex ever comes around, she'd notice, too. Still not completely over it but I'm taking my time to get this right. Not for her, but for my life going forward. Getting there towards a success story, and hearing other success stories with or without an ex keeps me motivated. The channel's due for a new video on that!

How long since your breakup? It's been a year for me now, ridiculous I know! Feeling much better now.
@ChrisLT
@ChrisLT 3 года назад
@@maybugz Almost 8 months. First 3 or 4 months were brutal, then a few months of ok but still hurting. Around month 7 things started feeling noticeably better. I'm not over it completely but I'm so glad I took this time to work on everything. Gets easier each week, whereas early on I didn't see any improvement for a long time. Not ridiculous, you can't rush the process. My relationship was over 4 years and I'm guessing it'll take me at least a year to be truly over it.
@maybugz
@maybugz 3 года назад
@@ChrisLT I'm glad it's not just me that takes a long time to get over it, I felt suicidal one particular Saturday night like 2-3months in. It seems to me that women get over it much quicker, my ex had a photo of her and a new guy on fb within 6 weeks, that broke me. I've still not met anyone im interested in! Currently doing really well in the gym and work though, looking by best I ever have at 38. Noticed a pretty girl checking me out in the supermarket today, that gave me a little confidence boost. Got to look for the little positives in life!
@ChrisLT
@ChrisLT 3 года назад
@@maybugz My ex had a new guy pretty quickly. The break up was sad, but seeing who this was... it was crushing, way worse than the initial break up when I was still in denial. Saddest I've ever been. But it got better the more I put in that work. Physical, mental, emotional, it's all paying off. Just like the coaches said it would. I still get hit with sadness now and then but it lasts an hour or two rather than ruining my week. I've learned how to deal with those moments in a healthy way and I'm just better at dealing with any negative things that come along. This breakup made me a better person and now I'm almost glad that it happened. Just keep working on yourself and the healing will continue. And before you know it you've grown into a way better person.
@maybugz
@maybugz 3 года назад
@@ChrisLT yep seeing the photo of them on fb completely freaked me out and hit me like a truck. I didn't think I'd lose her, it's such a head fuck after you've been so close for years and then suddenly.....they're gone, never see them again. Seems like you've been through the same so you know what I mean. Yeh im much better now, get lonely at weekends and Sunday mornings etc, online dating is an extra kick in the bollocks and just an attention grabber for women so I've abandoned that for now lol

If only I had found these videos while I was still in a relationship with my ex. I feel like me being unable to differentiate from my family was ultimately the downfall of my relationship. I didn’t stick up for myself and set my boundaries with them. I let their negative comments and attitudes consume me and I carried it over into my relationship. I took it out on my ex and ultimately he got tired of my bad mood and being put second to my family. He then left me. I’m really hoping I get another chance with him..

I first learned about Carl Jung Playing a game 😂, the game was called "Control" delved into the concept of your inner self and your outer self and synchronicity and how your thoughts can be transmuted to reality. I've been reading up on the subconscious and conscious mind and psychology for about 5 or 6 years now and I learn something new all the time.

Stress levels increase without support of the couple and those are the triggers for explosive discussions and problems. Specially if you live with a narcicist. One can never done enough to mantein those monsters happy. There are jobs that deal with agenda(future) and you cant withdraw from that stimulae, nor with the context problems specially if your couple never help and is responsible and acvountable of compromise and participate in the homme and couple life.

I dont agree and share that all the emotional responsibility sshould be charged in only one person (both man and women are responsible). The rigth way to correct this is trough therapy but it seems that everyone is happy to blow the relation off to smitherins first and then glue every little part toguether again and that is harder.
