1) You hit the nail on the head. Eating food in season is the way we're supposed to live. It's not healthy to have bananas and oranges 365 days a year. 2) And you're right about the word DIET. It's 75% death and diets don't work. People need a lifestyle life-long regime for vitality and longevity. 3) Eating processed non-human food turns off the connections to our ancestral roots. In short, eating processed food causes mental illness. 4) Carnivore is non restrictive - You can eat ANYTHING that's not non-human food. 5) I love vegetarians - They taste great. 7 days without beef makes one weak. Every family needs a farmer - adopt one today :-)

Great to see someone so young with so much wisdom. Can I ask what your thoughts are on eating fruits? And pardon my ignorance cause I just found your site but how long you been eating mainly meat?

A lot of the dietary & food industry leaders were influenced against meat by their religions. This bias was passed onto the masses.

Thanks i appreciate the video. How often do you eat per day or it doesn't matter? And do you cook the meats or it raw/ barely cooked?

What about the Garrison ration, Militia Law of 1775 and the special diet of 4000 calories they served up? Was this an ancestral diet or was it just for a short time to make sure someone would win?

@KingTojPisces One pound of beef, or 3/4 of a pound of pork or one pound of fish, per day. One pound of bread or flour per day. Three pints of peas or beans per week, or vegetables equivalent, at one dollar per bushel for peas or beans. One pint of milk per man per day. One half-pint of rice, or one pint of Indian meal per man per week. One quart of spruce beer, or cider, per man per day, or nine gallons of mollasses per company of one hundred men per week. Three pounds of candles to one hundred men per week, for guards. Twenty pounds of soft, or eight pounds of hard, soap for one hundred men per week.

Don’t forget fatty organs such as the liver and I also consume a lot of bone broth and I often add tallow. Also, I’d like to take you hunting.

Do you add the tallow to the bone broth then, to drink it?

@@moonglow6507 I have in the past but sometimes it messes with my stomach. I’ll often heat it and cover my meat or liver with it. I also make pemmican which has tallow in it.

@KingTojPisces in the past I’ve mostly used beet root powder or dehydrated berries such as raspberries. Now that I’m back on a strict carnivore diet, I’m just using jerky, salt and tallow.

Hey, how strict did you have to go for those 2 years to heal your gut? I started Carnivore a few weeks back, starting with the Lion diet, I was hoping I could just do a few weeks on ruminant meat before adding in other meats / fish/ eggs/ butter, but I'm really struggling to hit the high fat content daily on the Lion Diet, I wouldn't be bothered usually, but I'm already skinny and don't want to lose any more weight lol. Basically I am tempted to add in other meats but I'm hearing mixed results about the effect it can have on the gut in individuals etc. So I'm not sure if I should be staying strict for a while.. Many thanks

I have never heard of the lion Diet before but with the deepest respect why would you eat what a lion it's when you are human and not a giant cat?❤
@SketchedbySte
@SketchedbySte Год назад
@@KM-wv2og I think lion diet is just the name, supposedly ruminant meat is the healthiest way to go ( if you believe that of course ) seems people get the best results on that if they are not handling dairy or pork well etc so I decided that would be the smartest, I had to make it less strict since though.

@@robinbeers6689 Is that plant based burgers ? or just regular burgers ? And is the bbq gas or charcoal ?
@robinbeers6689
@robinbeers6689 Год назад
@@adelarsen9776 Well Frankie claims to be holier than thou and more carnivore than Shawn Baker so, I think we are talking about the real burgers. He likes to rag on anyone who doesn't have the money for or access to grass finished panda massaged beef (as Doc Berry would say).

@adelarsen9776 Год назад
@@robinbeers6689 Eating beef is the answer.
@robinbeers6689
@robinbeers6689 Год назад
@@adelarsen9776 Indeed. People should eat the best meat they can afford. Even Walmart Beef-in-a-Tube is way better for you than pizza and sodas. Frankie likes to deride anyone eating less than "perfect" meat as "cornivores". Kinda silly IMO.

Go to Yosemite, and tell me all the vegetables you see that are edible. Or Yellowstone, etc. The plants that are grown are man-made, and aren't meant for human consumption.
@robinbeers6689

Yep, if you know what you are doing you might find a few shrooms that aren't poisonous. Maybe a few berries depending on the season.
@desmomotodesmomoto2033
@desmomotodesmomoto2033 Год назад
100% agreed. I live in Canada and I go in nature a lot. I never seen vegetables, just some seasonal fruits like berries, some wild apples, some walnuts. Impossible to live on those.

@KingTojPisces The stuff you said are what human eats before death due to starvation.
@robinbeers6689
@robinbeers6689 Год назад
To me the distinction is between what is the food and what are just flavor enhancers. You can't live on wild shrooms and onions but they would make a wooly mammoth stew taste better.
@desmomotodesmomoto2033
@desmomotodesmomoto2033 Год назад
@@robinbeers6689 I try to avoid flavor as much as possible. I eat meat as raw as possible or fully raw. Flavor makes us dopamine dominant. Dopamine is danger. We should be serotonin dominant. This is how I am now. Happiness, not pleasure. Natural.
