Great video! Can you make one especially for women, too, to be stronger and more flexible? I am sure some of those are useful for women, too, but our positions are different.

The hardest one for me is the Cobra. Very tight in the lower abdominals. I'll know more after my surgery next month to repair an inguinal hernia. That might be part of the problem. Bridges and cats and dogs are easy for me.

Most of these exercises seem to be geared more to male them female. Are there exercises to increase flexibility especially useful for sex. Is there any that might help back strain for female positions especially when legs, hips and lower back off the ground. Are there ones that help upright against wall positions and are there ones that help thigh pain and knee lock and pain from 'riding' positions.
