This is a video that will go through my favorite 5 BALANCE exercises, all in a standing position. Feel free to use the wall or a chair to assist you. These are designed to help with improving your balance and strength and help prevent falls. They are for all ages, levels, and sizes, but designed for the active senior. This video is made by Jenny McClendon, MS, licensed Physical Therapist with over 30 years experience. ENJOY!

I've been doing your exercises for four months now and i must say aside from losing 11 kgs, my overall body movements has improved a lot. I can now cut my toenails without difficulties. Thank you so much and looking forward to more videos. 👍👍

Great exercises for balance I need us a little bit because I'm unsteady due to pronation and duck feet and hip hike thank you for the exercise if you have any other suggestions for my severe pronation duck feet and hip hike I would appreciate it I also have severe rheumatoid arthritis

These are great. However, the women on the left center was very distracting. She was doing the movements prior to you and swinging areas, etc. Very distracting to watching you and your movements.

Woman centre left is truly annoying. Not following instructions, she simply tried to position herself so she was fully visible.
