I clicked cuz during lockdown I was exercising but wasn’t eating well… and I found I lost weight but once I was eating normally again it came back Farley rapid again… I was left with stretch marks and my hips which I never had it was a weird hard experience to go through seeing these changes in your body.

Bridge is most effective exercise for reducing hip fat.. I just reduce 2 inchis my hip just by doing this exercise in 5 days.
