I have the attachment for my rack and love it but wish y’all could make a foot plate attachment that can go along with it so low pulley is easier but love my bells of steel equipment!
@@BELLSOFSTEEL Using "fat gripz " or fat bars ,when training it supposedly increases forearm growth. I favor another channel on RU-vid. Old school strength. The guy is a master when it comes to advice on how to train forearms. Tom Cunningham.
I am more curious about the curved treadmill, is there going to be a video? The plate stack version is fairly expensive on the Pulldown/Low Row so when is the manual weight stack version due out? I saw one there at the Bells of Steel Showroom. Anyway the thing about pulldowns is that if you never do them than those muscles remain weak and it is difficult to get those muscles back again so pulldowns are a good exercise. The low row is an unknown exercise unless you have this type of setup.
