Hey, @94bloc! Since we aren't able to do a physical exam and see exactly what is going on with your foot, I can't for sure recommend what exercises you should do. However, you can look for shoes with good arch support to reduce strain on the peroneal tendons, shoes with ample cushioning in the heel and forefoot areas to help absorb shock and reduce pressure on the tendons, consider shoes with a wider base for stability, shoes with a roomy toe box, ensure that the shoes fit well, shoes with a lower heel-to-toe drop to help your natural gait and reduce strain on the tendons, and a few more to mention. My best advice for you is to consult with a healthcare professional or a podiatrist so they can assess your specific needs and recommend the most appropriate footwear or treatments for your condition. I have torn Achilles tendon an I was put in therapy. But afterwards they took x rays. An they noticed it was torn. The foot doctor told me theses exercises was making it worse. So now they have me elevating it an I been applying ice for 20 mins an use this creme to apply for 3x a day for 6 weeks but I'm still in a lot of pain. What should I do to heal pls. ???
