How can you tell if you have adaptive suspension? I’ve got a shadow edition in this colour too

The easiest way is to go onto a BMW VIN decoder website, enter your VIN and then it will tell you the full spec. Or let me know your reg and I can check for you? Thanks, Ish

you can turn your wheel and on your Shock absorber there will be a thing (idk how to call it) sticking out in a 90 degree angle (there is also a small cable connected to it if im right)
