4. Fresh Bull blood. It was used by professional athletes in the 1950-1980 years. It gives you lots of minerals, and you become very strong! (Yes, you need to test first the bulls blood every month)
thats true but some muscles just take more energy to workout in general, like even if you exert yourself, ttraining arms will be less of a toll on your body then say training legs, at least thats the case for me
@@jordankasa2491 i get what youre saying, for me pull days are the days i need the most "help" as opposed to on push days and leg days i can go pretty hard either way
@@aaronwilson3916 im not very knowledgeable about the supplements, what i know is creatine increases lean muscle mass on top of muscle recovery. Glutamine is mainly for recovery and little support for mucle gain. Creatine = muscle Glutamine = fast recovery
Can I take whey protein and lose and gain muscle and the same time? Short story is. I used *serious mass gainer high calories* while working out wanting to build big arms and I gained 5kg in 3 weeks of a fat belly. NOT big arms and chest. Where did I go wrong?!? I’m scared to take whey protein now because I don’t want to gain anymore extra unwanted weight :( . I’m scared to become fat.
@@TheJoker-fh2zk Its because you were not exercising enough... You need to be able to burn calories throughout the week... 6-9 hour sleep... Wake up early and sleep early....
I have only ever done protein so far, so I'm curious if you mentioning water increases the muscle size when using creatine means if you get rid of excess water (like people usually say is right to do for those who want to lose fat and gain muscle, especially while losing weight), will you lose the muscle mass because it's basically a facade like water weight vs true mass that will last?
Abdallah Elhaj certain people and I’m included , do not want to eat shit load of food that contains protein to reach almost the same grams as my body weight. So that’s why there’s whey protein to make it quick
Kvothe Lamora Well nofap can indirectly improve your gains by increasing your testosterone and it you’ll feel more motivated and strong to bang out more reps.
@@LatimOnek as far as i know fap doesn't reduce the testosterone level in the blood. After one fap your testosterone level will increase for one week. At the end of the week it will be reached to the highest level and then whether fap or not testosterone level will reduce. I read it in an article. I might be wrong if you do more researches lemme know the answer.

This is a great video. Studying all about muscle building and fitness/nutrition for the past 7 years myself i can confirm to anyone amateur looking to build muscle that this video is on point.

My routine: Some source of caffeine on empty stomach Hit the gym. Mostly (5×5 sets/reps) Creatine and whey protein Good meal Cardio Good meal Casseine Green tea Good sleep Repeat. (It might be better to do cardio first, on empty stomach, cause of losing a lot of fat. But i play football, so that is my (cardio), and that's why i do it that way^^^)
Omega 3 is good for you, vitamin D good for you, whey protein good for you, creatine is good for you and zinc is good for you.. no damage to the kidneys whatsoever
God, this is so complicated, seems like ya almost need a doctorate to get jacked. There was me thinking I was just gonna buy some dbol online and go to the gym a few times a week.
In the beginning, it can be quite overwhelming especially if you watch videos like these. Just dive into it and train hard consistently when you start. Then, learn and apply one new thing a week. Don't try to do or learn it all, and don't have the "I wanna get jacked fast" mentality because you will be disappointed. You gotta do it all progressively, otherwise, you never learn what really works and what doesn't. Don't be afraid that you're doing the wrong thing, as long as you track your progress and correct yourself along the way by using some sort of journal. Before you know it you'll know all these fitness terms and every fitness video will sound like every other one. Hope that helped
naah just takes a month you'll kno everything! persistence and exactly what he said you need together with a decently heavy workout will get you where you want to be :P just give it time! doesnt happen in a couple of months, takes 6months to start seeing the best changes.
this is one of the rare channels that I consider *perfect*. Brilliant information, attractively presented in pictures, scientifically researched, incredibly well presented by Max and most important: no bullshitting and wasting time with sponsorships
Scientifically researched doesn't mean 100% solid evidence man...But yeah, he's pretty good to watch compared to most the other yt channels on fitness, too many sell out to sponsors, then again it is also a business tbh...They gotta make some cash to so 50/50 situation..
I take my BCAAs before every workout. I've just started getting serious about getting in shape... and the BCAAs seem to help a lot with the muscle cramping and recovery times. Thanks for the video!
Also your muscles will need BCAA’s after your workout with a good whey protein, try to eat 5 to 6 smaller meals throughout the day with protein powder supplemented to obtain 1 gram of protein per body weight and remember your body can only utilize 28 to 30 grams of protein per meal! Good luck stay consistent and gains will come oh don’t forget to shock your muscles by keeping them guessing!!
@@shawncackowski2858 1 gram of protein per kg body weight is quite low. aim for 1,5-2g. also its a debunked myth that the body can only absorb 30g protein per meal. that is just a false statement. but yes its good to spread your protein intake across the day and have multiple meals with protein. but it wont make a big difference (maybe even no difference at all) if you have 3 meals or 5 meals. just get your daily protein intake and you are fine there are many people out there who are big as fuck and only eat once or twice a day but big meals.
For those looking to build muscle This guy is really helping you out. Whey, Creatine and a Multivitamin with w/ over 1500 iu of D3 is all u really need to go w/ your consistent lifting.
Vitamin D is extremely important. I must have been deficient my entire life because I really noticed the difference when I started taking a tablet a day. My mood and energy levels really improved.
If you are a beginner and want to build muscle take proper 5 to 6 meals with balance macros n drink lots of water to get hydrated go to gym and train like a beast and make sure you get enough sleep.

Lean Bulking 1) Whey and/or Casein (only when food doesn’t give your daily protein goal) 2) Pre workout (cycled 3 weeks on, 1 week off) 3) Creatine Cutting 1) EAAs and/or Whey Isolate (take pre/post workout for best effect) 2) Pre Workout (still cycled) 3) Creatine Optional -Fish oil/omega-3&6 You can easily get 200g of protein under 2000 calories from food alone. Eat your vegetables and meat. You don’t need a bunch of supplements! They won’t do anything for you besides the ones listed above. I spent too much $$$ on sups only to learn proper dieting, progressive overload, and sufficient sleep gave me the best gains...!
JoN T some people including me don’t want to be that much protein in food and want to just take it quick like a drink. Which is why there is whey protein. Nothing wrong with that
loading phase is cap, the only things it helps is, instead of having 5g a day for 5 days, having 20g a day will make it with 1 or 2 days faster to absorb into your body, pretty much to waste your creatine :)
He did not say that protein is bad protein is still the best even if it's plant protein or hemp protein but animal-based protein is definitely the best for building muscle and getting strong and fit oh, and don't forget it tastes a lot better the DNA of a bull will make you strong!!!
Alem Jacobson Your the pathetic one actually. That person never said anything about his/her life being boring maybe he/she was talking about the video not about life 🤦🏻♂️
@ jokes on joke, but in my country, there is a crazy rising in freaking personal trainers, every idiot can promote a 10 days course, meanwhile, i am a performance trainer with 5 years of study and i am seen with same eyes as those freaking fitness instructors/personal trainers that don't know shit, they just use same useless 4th grade physical education program, but with some added weights... this shit industry is going crazy, everyone is a fucking "expert" in this industry, so when i hear Personal Trainers i just turn around and laugh.

The times when I didn’t take l glutamine I woke up sore and in pain after a killer workout but when I took it I woke up much more refreshed and ready to tackle the next leg day workout!!! It may not be necessary but it sure as hell works well!!!!
They should do sit-ups where the upper part of the abdomen is worked, with the legs raised and trying to touch the feet with the hands and its variants that work the upper part of the abdomen, they will see improvements quickly. That upper abdominal exercise will take away your depression and anxiety, it will also heal your mind.

It's funny how actual steroids are less expensive than these natural supplements. That should be an eye opener for how much you're getting ripped off by the supplement market.
What you need to build muscles? TRAIN ,train normal, like it and eat normal(No Fastfood,no Sugar-Drinks,no Alcohol)) Everything else just costs money and destroys the balance of your body,
incredibly small amounts of alcohol do no harm to building muscle, i drink one shot of whiskey before sleeping everyday and make same gains as when i didn't

Yeah I used to go at gnc to buy protein and creatine and would end up paying 130$ CAN. Ama try the walmart shit cause I aint paying no more 70$ for protein
@pan peterI'm not sure exactly what you're referring to. Arginine works regardless of how long ago you have eaten, same with creatine which of course just stores in the body if you're taking it regularly. As I said, if for some reason you find you aren't feeling the pump effects from arginine, all you have to do is up the dose until you do.
You’re right you do get the bcaa from your food but they do help for muscle recovery/hydration really well. I would drink a shaker cup with bcaa during my workouts then fill it up with water after
My bulk phase regiment; *Sustanon 1.5ml once a week *Pre-workout (Pre-Series Bulk by Transparent Labs) *Meal Replacement after workout (MRE by Redcon1) and before bed MRE will need more carbs added to shake during bulk phase.
