Dear busy people this are 5 things u need to follow after work out ..👇 1. Drinking water ( keep hydrated ) 2. Decreasing Cardizem by eating chocolate bite .... 3. Cold bath /and hot bath 1/2 ratio 4. After post work out eat or drink cherry juice 🍒 5 . Post work out cardio at least 50 calories
