5 Day Colon Cleanse Day 1
Bowel cleanses are something that has become a fairly regular part of my life over the past few years, but in the last 7-8 months, lack of money, time, and other health difficulties have stopped me from being able to do them.
I have noticed my bowels become increasingly more irregular as time has passed leading to discomfort and even illness at times so with my other ailments in check, and a 2 week holiday at my disposal, I have decided to restart my cleansing routine and get my health back on track.
