Steam should be allowed to build in first by cooking without the weight on , once steam has build up ., put on the weight .. This will ensure no air pockets left inside the PC

isn't it easier sterilization of petri dish with UV-c Light and cheaper ?

Air pockets trapped, plastic should be able to withstand 130C. Bad demo.
