Keep it going! I am at 2.25 mil. Biggest positions VOO, VTI, SCHD, VYM, and now looking to build up DRGO. I got $48,800 divs last year in taxable divs. Q2 taxable divs this year was $17,388 this year.
I like my money, like diabetes slow and steady! I am already retired and lucky for me, my F.A believes in investing for income. So I do have a check coming every month, my draw on my dividends.
Hi, I am trying to get an advlsor for guidance but it's harder than you think. I am a doctor and the field of finance is not that close to me so far, but I am eager to bridge that gap. Starting with ETFs is my goal but with so many to pick from it's confusing the majority of the time. Do you know if your advlsor is willing to consult with clients in other geographical areas?
Oh very well then, conducting due diligence on Lina Dineikeine should suffice. She has established a notable reputation over time, and her system is acclaimed for its outstanding quality. Good woman!
I love ETFs. Ended up buying QQQM in my Roth, SCHD and some individual stocks in my brokerage account. I have a considerably larger position of SCHD, which are well managed.
Tbh the use of an insightful method from a top performer always brings more interest, no matter what. Last year, the yield interest remitted 44k in passive income. Q2 this year was 17k, as it takes time and the magic of compounding. It's truly great to see steady growth.
Amazing! seems like a lot of your interest is riding on your source ability to perform hefty, I could really use your viewpoint bcos I need a lot as rent, inflation alone eat up almost all of what I make. If I can mirror your last yr interest get me involved.
Hi! I'm from New Delhi looking to start investing in the US stock market with a lump sum inheritance. Should I focus on index funds or individual stocks? Also, any tips on handling currency exchange rates? Thanks!
Truth is, investing with the fiduciary guidance set me up for life, retired as a millionaire at 55. I worked hard everyday as a teacher for 32 years, and my salary was over 100k annually. But if it wasn't for 2020 covid lockdown, I wouldn't have supplemented my income with stocks and alternative investments.
I'm cautious about giving specific recommendations since everyone's situation varies, but I've worked with *Jennifer Leigh Hickman* for years and highly recommend her. Look her up to see if she meets your criteria.
Thank for sharing your wealth of research and knowledge on etfs. Being a guy way behind the curve of investing at 50, 3 years away from state retirement but likely going to re enter the workforce in the private sector while drawing my state pension and then massively investing across multiple sectors for stable steady growth. You have helped educate me on this journey.
Luv the ETFs. I own both SCHD and DGRO. SCHD is one of my cores in the managed portfolio. I also own VPU (utilities ETF), AMD tech stocks, but I also own an individual utility company like DUK.
It better you recognize that stocks involves more than just predicting movements based off trends wave it also involves participating behind top performers with an experience and earn using awell positioned skill sets. I’d say margaret ann myatt the intelligent investor is a top market overachiever…
I've had majority of my holdings in ETFs, tech stocks and I've had 65% increase in my portfolio, especially with Nvidia, AMD P/E (price to earnings ratio) adding few others, Feel free to imitate my steps with a top performer.
Thanks! I greatly appreciate your comment. We certainly unpacked a lot, but I must apologize that I was sick at the time and on a lot of medication......so I apologize for my long-windedness. Plus, Ari must have edited a lot, because I was coughing throughout the entire interview. Thanks again!
Thanks Brian for the video. While return data is useful, it is also important to consider liquidity. In taking a look at EINC, the daily volume is only $3.8k, with 729 traded today. In a buy-and-hold context, you don't normally plan to sell. However, having liquidity provides some reassurance. Also I understand that MLPs are different animals from equities. JEPI and SCHD definitely have liquidity. I own three of the five you mentioned, and did own one other for a short time. 👍
You are correct. It is a less popular ETF (EINC), which plays a large role in its liquidity. I'm speculating that a lot of people that invest in this ETF let it ride for the long-term given its solid returns. I also look for liquidity in my purchases, but it has yet to bite me on the backside, where the liquidity was low. Then again, I only have 1 or 2 investments with low liquidity. But you make a great point for any short-tern investors.
I really like your honest approach to this video. Many of us are trying to sort through all the noise from STOCKS or ETF's. Solid dividend yield and consistency is very important to me.
Hi Brian, thanks for the excellent video as always. Would you be able to make a video update on the stocks that you covered in your previous videos on cyber security, evtol, AI etc. It will be useful for everybody to know which one we can still invest, hold or sell. Don't need to go into detail but just your view will be very helpful to everybody..
Your videos are a great help Brian! As a retired person in my 60's, I want to create a monthly income of about 2000$ to go with my pension. I still have some cash to invest(currently in a HY Savings but it is dropping due to the interest cut) and your ideas on dividend stocks could help me achieve my goal. One way I did increase my net worth was to move to Thailand! Big leap but it's been 18 months. Will keep watching and subscribed!
ETFs offer exposure to a wide range of assets, such as stocks, bonds, or commodities, which can help reduce risk. ETFs, like broad market index, sector-specific, and bond ETFs, are favored for long-term investments because of their diversification, reducing risk while offering growth and income potential.
The easy answer is yes. For someone who doesn't want to complicate their strategy, picking a few ETFs that don't overlap holdings too much will lead to financial freedom if they follow the rules. Whether you dollar cost average the portfolio or wait for 25% drops before investing larger chunks, it will work. Most people get caught up in the rabbit hole of strategies and get analysis paralysis instead of just starting with a simple plan.
Yours is a very good, solid approach... if. If you have time. Or, if you've already accumulated a sizable nest-egg. If you need income from this mix now, you will only get about 2.5% in dividends for income. You'd need a couple mil invested to get any reasonable amount of cash-flow. If you don't need income and you have time, this mix will grow into a nice sum from which you can eventually glean income as well as experience continued growth. Good Luck and cheers
Hi Brian....when will you do a review of your experience with Limits Express Company. There's very little online evidence of their business history. Curious about this company and potential opportunity.
I'll provide an update in a future video in 1-2 weeks. I'll also be giving updates in my newsletter. But if you ever want to know, you can just email me too. It has been slow to buy product, and get Amazon approval to sell the brands, but my first week with product on Amazon I sold a few thousand, and I need to get a report on my margins. I'll be completely transparent about my experience.
Problem with Dividends is tax every year unless these are in tax deferred accounts. Is there any company, which generates Equity/Stocks instead of cash for dividends ? So that you pay taxes only when you sell the equity. But in case of cash dividend, you pay taxes every year, which is not good for compounding growth. Any idea ?
It's a very good point, so much so that I only invest in dividend stocks in ETFs in my tax advantage accounts. All growth stocks and ETFs reinvest all of their Equity back into the business and that's why they don't pay dividends. I have several videos on the top growth options as well. Without the headache of dividends and interest at the end of the year, in a taxed account
Question if I invested in these. Should I put these in a Roth IRA or a brokerage account? The reason I ask is because over time I’d like to pull out the dividends collected. A Roth wouldn’t allow me to do this until retirement correct? So would a brokerage be the smart move? Or can I still do this with a Roth IRA?
Now on the roth it's you want be able to withdraw funds until your retirement age ,but a brokerage account you can take the dividends money and transfer it to your bank account, but you will have to report each year and pay taxes on the dividends each year come tax time
Thank you for another great, informative video. However, could you please change the flowy gray/white background? It's very distracting from all the good information. It also makes me dizzy.
Yes, I was testing out a new editor and we were way too late in the process to try to change the crumpled paper in the background. I agree, it's not my favorite Style
I'll need help if I'm going to make it through this. The ETF and stock markets are still pretty volatile. What's left of my $170,000 portfolio now isn't looking good; how can I capitalize on the market?
Many people are still getting fantastic returns on their investments during this time. Simply maintain a strong sense of reality or ask for professional assistance.
Hi Brian, Thank you very much for the information. I am new to investing and I am realizing that having cash in a savings account without moving it is the worst option. What I am not very clear about is that with all these ETFs you mentioned, we are talking about returns of 8% to 14% maximum annually, which seems like a very low gain for the risk. Or am I mistaken and dreaming of the Nvidia moment? Can you explain that a bit?
Yes, you are dreaming of the Nvidia moment. The s&p 500 averaged 12.5% over the past 10 years. Anything at or above that is cream. Plus, several true dividend play etf and stock weather downturns better than tech. All about your personal preference
As an lnvesting enthusiast, I often wonder how top level investors are able to become millionaires off investing. . I’ve been sitting on over $545K equity from a home sale and I’m not sure where to go from here, is it a good time to buy into stocks or do I wait for another opportunity?
you are a life saver , i was looking at the vast ocean that is ETF's and i finally , finally feel confident in what i have allocated into them , thank you !!
Neither Coke or Pepsi or any cola with sugar or fructose corn syrup that makes you fat. Healthy alternative: mineral water + balsamic vinegar + stevia and voila. Drink all you want.
It seems like it loses alot of value, you'd be better off with a dividend stock that runs sideways with a high dividend like PLFT, or going to a low div but consistently higher value like MAIN, STAG, as for etfs you can't go wrong with a good buy in price on a stock like SPY. I'd advise not investing in this.
My life changed too when I started doing this and putting money in stocks. The first few years it as really great, but this year I haven't felt like my portfolio is doing well. I have lost more than $40,000 from my portfolio the past four months, and it's now very worrisome.
I do not disagree, there are strategies that could be put in place for solid gains regardless of economy or market condition, but such execution are usually carried out by investment experts with experience since the 08' crash
The issue is people have the "I want to do it myself mentality" but not equipped enough for a crash, hence get burnt. Ideally, advisors are reps for investing jobs, and at first-hand encounter, my portfolio has yielded over 300% since 2020 just after the pandemic to date.
i'm blown away! mind sharing more info please? i am a young adult living in Miami where i've encountered several millionaires, and my goal is to become one as well
NICOLE ANASTASIA PLUMLEE' is her name. She is regarded as a genius in her area and works for Empower Financial Services. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.
Why mention JEPI seems like a stupid fund.. what benefit does it offer over a fund like QYLD or RYLD? Some BS protection that will do nothing 99% of the time unless if there is a total stock market crash and even then it may not have any protection at all.. it’s just a fund RU-vidrs mention to get views IMO..
I respect all opinions. I gave the specifics why it was on my list with regards to performance during a broad range of time frames (both good and bad times). What are your specific reasons against it? How does it fail your requirements and expectations?
LOve your channel do you have Any recommendations for a 53 year old with 1000.00 a month to invest with no debt but also no real retirement built up other than art valued at 300k and im already maxed out 20 % on my 401k from work for the passed year? So a 1000k a month investment?
HA hah HA ha ha ha ha. Looks like I need clues from Kenny's blues. You clearly earned your millions quicker than I did. Please, we are on the edge of our seats. Enlighten us.
@@USMC09 No you wouldn't. Your IQ will drop 10 points every time Kenny opens his mouth. I read his other comment on this channel regarding gold. He appears to have only a superficial understanding of gold.

This is definitely considerable! think you could suggest any professional/advisors i can get on the phone with? I'm in dire need of proper portfolio allocation.
