Yes, i make dal khichdi 3 times a week 😅 with different dals and different veggies..it is yumm, quick and healthy. I cook it in a pressure cooker.. Old school is the best as you say Dadi Nani ki recipes. Thank you so much Rujutaji for instilling this to our new generations, who wants to eat pasta and pizzas all the time.. 😢
Way to get the dals Pradhanya. Also keep soaked toor dal. Add while boiling pasta. Add to many such dishes. Make karela podi, freeze some. You do hv options.
Hi.. i want to know that of the dal & rice is cooked in advance and stored for more than two days does it loose its nutritional value? Or is it serves equally well the next day?
Jeera, ajwain, kalaunji, kali miri, sabut isabgol.. 50 gms each grind separately then mix.. store in fridge.. have quarter teaspoon with big glass of water every alternate day for few months.. you'll feel light and lose inches too..
