If you have special diets that's totally cool but just like you, Cassey has her own diet that works for her body. No reason that she'd need to cater to every single variation. as a vegetarian, I find that using Cassey's awesome recipes, but replacing the meat with other sources of protein works WONDERS. I often use different kinds of beans, tofu, tempeh, things of that sort. I did the 28 day reset last summer and it changed my life. Good luck! :)
MissMikarlie Syczylo Lmao. A year ago she announced she had back pain, there was a giant wave of Vegan RU-vidrs that told her a vegan diet would help relieve her back pain. Ever since then she's been putting more plant based meals in her videos, which proves the vegan diet helps. Don't tell us vegans to stop her when we helped her.

Who said we can't correct someone's lifestyle? If you admit Isis can have their own lifestyle and they're not evil then you can say eating meat is not evil. Choices aren't just "choices" There are choices that affect others.

Hey everyone! So I just wanted to say that with 8 months of Blogilates, I lost 10 pounds! I want to thank Cassie and other popsters for always encouraging and inspiring me. 😊
So I just got to the part with the egg problem! A little tip is to crack the egg on your counter, or a flat surface instead of the side of a pan or bowl. The reason to do this is it helps to stop a ton of egg shell cracking, and your yolk won't end up breaking!
As soon as you said they're all based around ground turkey I got a little disappointed because I'm a vegetarian - but after I watched the video I realized that I can just use beans instead and it'll be alright. Can't wait to try them out!
Please do more meal preps these are so helpful. I'm 16 and it is so hard to have healthy food with an unhealthy family. This makes it so I can eat my own food and not be tempted by what they have

I swear to gosh girl, you are saving my life rn! trying to get back into the cleanse, my friend and I did it for the new years challenge this year and although we got real cool results, we didn't do it properly.. oops. Since then I've been so out of whack with my diet that I ended up eating everything... I'm hoping to get back into it again and do it properly this time! and when I swore to dedicate myself to the challenge, you give me the best meal prep I could have asked for for my first week back 😍 you're wonderful!!
Thanks for all these recipes. I am new to the meal prep world so my first week I did tilapia and boneless skinless chicken breasts and mixed steamed veggies... this week has been salmon and chicken with steamed mixed veggies ... super simple. But watching you use the same meat several ways just showed me that it is possible to jazz it up a bit! :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)
I work at a retirement home in the dinning room and we get a free meal per shift we work and I've been trying to eat healthier which is hard when you only get two choices (it's the special or a salad of some sort). I'm in love with cheep clean eats because I can make it the night before and take it when I head off to work, and my co-workers are always wondering how can it be healthy and pretty at the same time!! This is so inspiring!! I love the 28 Day Reset and use all of its recipes in my weekly healthy eating! Thanks to Cassey I have a lot more variety now :) I have noticed that not all of the recipes in the 28 Day Reset are dairy-free or even gluten-free. She calls for some cheese in some of the recipes and sometimes calls for English muffins. You can sub vegan cheese and gluten free muffins, but it isn't specified. Just noticed some confusion inside the Blogilates family. Thanks Cassey for everything, I try to make all your recipes because they're all so irresistible! Also PIIT28 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 are amazing, if anyone hasn't tried them yet you are missing out!!
My nutrition requirements needed carbs so all i did was added beans and rice to some of these recipes :D I thought the simplicity will make it taste bland but it didn't! It's so easy and convenient for me who just started meal-prepping and cooking with macros and calories in consideration. Thanks cassie!

I've never seen ground turkey anywhere, I don't even think I've ever tried turkey.. But I guess this also tastes good with ground beef, and the recipes look so good oh my god thank you.
Always happy to see a cheap clean eats video! I was worried that all these recipes would be low carb but then I saw the sweet potato one and I was like... YAY! Olivia Sun My trick is to always cook extra and stash it away. Maybe make one of these for dinner but make enough for 3 meals, eat one and Tupperware the rest. My issue is getting bored of the same dish towards the end of the week, or one going bad. So I hate cooking everything at once.
Its true! I stopped eating dairy about 3 months ago. And my skin is starting to clear up! Keep in mind I had cystic acne that was sore ALL the time and it was multiplying by the day. Within a week it had stopped spreading to other parts of my face. To this day I still get some breakouts but they dont last more than a week. (before it took months for a breakout to go away conpletley) So try giving up dairy!!

🌱 To all my vegan/vegetarian friends: when I make meal preps like this, I just replace a lot of the meat items with a quinoa and rice mixer or just beans. And for the egg, avocado would be a good option. Especially since a lot of people don't have access/money for vegan "meat", beans or rice are cheap options that give you come carbs.

Naidza G Stick to rice and beans for most of your meals and add veggies and tofu instead of meat (tofu is like half the price of meat where I live) and make sandwiches unless you're trying to do the 28 day reset because peanut butter and jelly is always a cheap option 👌🏻
Depending on where you live ground turkey is cheaper than ground beef. I agree with adding beans. When some recipes require 2 lbs of chicken sometimes I do 1 lb chicken 1 lb mushroom. Same with ground turkey and beans (1 lb turkey, 1 lb beans). It definitely saves money which I can spend towards produce.
