Thank you for sharing this. A lot of these eye doctors on RU-vid won't even give out any helpful tips to people who are suffering from eye conditions... if you ask them a simple question they won't even answer but instead will tell you to visit their website to where I'm assuming you will have to pay for their expert advice or get into their vision therapy program or whatever. I mean, I get it everyone wants to make their living in their field but jeez offering a few tips and exercises isn't going to make or break you. Anyway, thank you for actually taking your time and your willingness to be open and share the knowledge that you have acquired in your field. It is very much appreciated.

Does this work on older kids age 8-10. My son loses tracking after reading for some time. 15-30 mins

yes, these are great exercises , but I recommend getting a vision therapy evaluation. See covd.org for a doctor in your area.

See a doctor who does vision therapy. Maybe you need glasses and maybe therapy

Hello Doc My child's left eye goes out and he is 2 years and 2 months ...it started when he was 1 yr old I am from India and reaching you guys physically is not possible...is there any online session which can help me Hoping for some miracle and looking fwd for your response 🙏

Start with this exercise and see an eye doctor because sometimes they need glasses :-)

Also when ever he is sleepy his eyes turns good and he started focusing things properly though I have heard that it work opposite when kid is tired or sleepy...any suggestion on this point will help alot ...is it possible to connect online...me and my wife will highly obliged to have a discussion on this case ...Thank you in advance

Also can you please suggest how many times I have to do this exercise and for what duration like 15/30/60 mins in one go I mean Sets in a day and duration of each set... It will help me to stay in limit and will stop me to overdo or underdo

I don't see the point you holding your son's head and telling him to touch your finger what is the point he will do it on his own terms not you or terms any child can do that
