Perfection. From the finishes to the staging. Perfection. It’s modern but still warm and inviting. The backyard for its size is done extremely well. I only wish there was a larger green space for either children or pets.
I have seen cottages, farmhouses and tiny homes, that blow the mind, being sold and/or built from anywhere between $20,000-$400,000. So yes...I agree!! 5.2 MILLION dollars seems pretty fucking stupid!!
It's on Etobicoke, not my favorite area but this house is damn worth the price and not too far from downtown Toronto. Proximity to busy areas increases the bucks y'all know that. If I were 10 years older (30) and had the money I'd buy it in a split second.
perfect location for bird watching which is one of my passions. I didn't like the all deck backyard. I mean there's no room for landscaping or a small humming bird garden even but that wine cellar and gym make up for it.
Great house! It’s got a very LA vibe to it when the backyard doors open to the pool. There is waaaay too much black though. It’s become very masculine and women are the ones that usually are the deciders on where to live, so this is more an entourage/bachelor pad. Especially, the basement zone (although I do like it for the utilization of space). There are no feminine spaces here at all. I think only the women’s closet is untouched by black. The wallpaper on the stairs has way too much pattern when everything else was solid black. Should have used some black sculpture or black lighting feature to emphasize the modern glass staircase.
Oh! I remember seeing the foyer in some other video... I remember the designer speaking about it and the minute I saw the lack of depth I was like "this is a showhouse or an investment and not a place someone with personality would actually live" Guess I wasn't wrong. Nice video though.
Beautiful home! Confused why they'd have such an awful factory hot tub out into the ground to look built in however. Hope they have good access, as that thing will breakdown consistently lol!
It’s amazing how useful it becomes :-) Here’s my guess.... Soccer, Baseball, Hockey, Weather, News ... still need more... stocks etc.. What would you watch if you had a setup like that?
The reason why regular folk, who could never dream of affording this, drool over shit like this is the same reason why rap sucks today!! 100% produced hollowness. For a fraction of the cost you could get a farmhouse with acres of land, reform it till your nuts and tits explode and enjoy the comfort of having a shit tonne of $$$ leftover, which could easily translate into more perks, all the while enjoying the benefit of non-city taxes. But for those with stupidity and cash....here ya`go!!!
