In this video, I demonstrate five effective exercises:
Cat and Cow Position + Donkey Kick: This exercise engages your glutes and core, helping to build strength and stability.Cat and
Cow Position + Rainbow: A great move for working your glutes from different angles, ensuring balanced muscle development.
Glute Bridge Pulses: This variation of the classic glute bridge adds pulses to maximize muscle activation and burn.
Glute Bridge, Knee Opening: Enhances the basic glute bridge by incorporating a knee opening movement to target the outer glutes.
Single Leg Glute Bridge: Focuses on each side of your glutes individually, promoting balanced strength and toning.
