Thanks for this video Richard. I often wake during the night with hip pain, (I’m 71 and determined to avoid hip surgery if I can). Since starting this series and doing it just before going to bed it helps me unwind and I have been sleeping better with much less pain. I really appreciate the videos you’ve made. Mmmm, it's probably looking at what you're eating (I'm no expert on this) and increasing physical activity daily to reduce sedentary time. Some exercise methods can burn more fat but it depends which article/ research you read!
