I understand the players running off ball but I’m just grasp how the the same L1 and R1 are used to dribble too. So as if I select a player say up to make a run then my guy is going to dribble up as well. Is this ever an issue from a dribbling perspective

@@DdoubleU All the time that’s why you have to point at the player really quick and hope ur L1 click registers, that’s one of the problems that makes this game ass, when ur telling important players to run but no matter what you do they jus stand still lmao, but your r1 click will always stop a player that’s running you don’t have to point at them

@@DdoubleU Yeah sometimes that’s why I mentioned you had to point at the player u want to make the run quickly so that u won’t mess up ur dribble, (sometimes it’s easier to just hit L1 or spam L1 without picking a player and hoping the right player is made to run) but also another is that if you’re trying to set up a play in which u make a player run and then play him a through ball, one thing u can do is dribble in place a bit or do a skill or some that brings attention to ur player with the ball and away from the runner, so free style off the movement that ur player on the ball does when u point at someone else to trigger a run, and then when it comes time to pass, either pass the bal or jus continue to dribble so u don’t get disposed , (cuz only two thing the can happen either they press ur passer which means the runner is only being marked by CPU’s which is good for you, or they mark the runner which means u can carry the ball or pass back or press R1 so ur player stops running forward then u play an X instead of a triangle to them and try to dribble ur opponent out as he comes back to intercept or clamp u off ur touch (this obviously an ideal time to dribble someone out)

That is one of the main things I would say. Even learning the roulette and other “simple” skill moves will improve your game a lot.

I think that’s what keeps this shot balanced. You do have to get the angle. And take a touch depending on how you receive it. I really hope they don’t get nerfed. I’m scoring 3-4x more with that tap shot now that it can beat the drop back defenders in the box

Movement as in from switching or something else? Feel like my players go sprinting away or get pulled out constantly from either switching or just random ai bs

Same here. Division 2 is like crabs in a bucket. You tried to get out and you get pull right back in. We are all trying to get out😂😂😂

Im in division 2 since new year and its absolutely unbearably hard , i loose most of my games i cant even imagine what elite is like or even if theres much difference tbh

@@isaacverrall8782 I was in Elite last season and now I am 2 wins away in league 1 it is so f***ing hard and sweaty

@@isaacverrall8782 elite is actually easier for me than when i was climbing back from d2 from the seasons resets, playing worse players is more difficult cause they're more unpredictable and also DDA helps them a lot

Honestly it's that simple, obviously it depends largely on the player you do it with as well. I.e players like Neymar and you r1 dribble will feel much better than other players with less dribbling. Let me know what you think! But I promise there's nothing to hide regarding it! Sometimes gameplay can be off too so that will impact it too

@@HugeGorilla Makes sense, thought about that too, but I have a friend who has Neymar and Pele and still has the same thing happen to him. Might be other factors too, such as internet connection, device etc.. or the main one which you can't really get around; EA... LOL

@@GospelMsg Do you and your friend play on old gen? Cause I play on PS4 and I feel it clunky as well. And I've tried doing it with players like WC Mbappe or Messi in Drafts and still can't find a way to make it look like in this video. I literally don't know what I'm doing wrong 😂

​@@Exentum Yeah, you might have a point there, might be an old gen issue. My friend plays on PS4, I play on PS5, but I play the old gen FIFA sometimes, when I think EA is doing some crazy things on next gen

Yes, ps5 r1 is much more refined! So could be an old gen issue. Normal left stick is fine on old gen so stick with that mate

That's the case with every PVP game. Metas will always form, the only way to reduce it is diligent devs who are good and eager at balancing, which most of them don't because it's expensive and YT videos about broken stuff help the engagement on their game.

I don’t lie about my tactics. Maybe some people do. The pressure is all manual, team mate containing. More to fifa than just CT’s.

Setting up tactics is a one time thing, takes about 5 minutes then you spend hours and hours and hours less of not getting battered. That sounds like fun to me 🤣

I know nothing, this was really useful I'm a terrible div 7 player that would be div 10 if not for the checkpoint flags. Takes about 30 wins (all week) to qualify for the qualifiers where I lose 9 games out of 10 every week. I love FIFA

Correct, none of these are basic controls....if you count all the controls there are hundreds of options and these are the least used. Also, all of this information is literally inside the game none of the these are technically secrets. You should maybe just read the control settings, try harder, I don't know lol
