The best thing I've found to deal with anxiety and the fear of the unknown things in life is trusting God to lead me through everything. I've learned to trust in God through the trials and tribulations I go through that strengthen and test my faith.

I was diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder years ago. I don't think I would be diagnosed the same today. What helped me a lot were: cutting out caffeine and alcohol, doing some therapy to learn self esteem and boundary setting, journaling, and mindfulness from the workbook called 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels.

Thanks for this, very informative. Im longterm anxiety sufferer and its so debilitating. Im moving on to put all these into my body in the hope i can bin the antidepressants cos they are only poison with side effects
