I have been condemned by my ex-boyfriend for taking medication and then he gets anxiety he's explosive it makes my anxiety worse I can't be with him it makes my blood pressure go up as well let me just say I'm not blaming him for having anxiety when I have it all the time but he sure did escalate it at times in the past. So therefore we're not together. I wish him the best and I wish anybody who has this disease to definitely consider vitamins before you go on medication if you have to be on medication that's a very understandable and sometimes you just have to get mad at it but most of all pray to God in Jesus Christ name 🙏🏼 God bless I hope any of this helps anyone who has this disease
A heaping tablespoon of nutritional yeast in my morning smoothie has helped calm my anxiety. 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup frozen raspberries, 1/3 banana, heaping tablespoon nutritional yeast. Add enough oat milk and blend. Use whatever berries you like however strawberries have a lot of pectin and the smoothie will become gelatinous if too much is added. God bless.
Yes food gave me some anxiety and stress but nothing anywhere near as bad as the whole covid thing .Especially knowing that almost everything the government was telling us was wrong and that it was all agenda driven. Too many people ruined for someone else's agenda.

It keeps us and is health to our flesh. But do not ignore the dietary laws God gave the Israelites, for their health. Faith without corresponding actions is dead, in this case eating the whole nutritious foods God created for us, not the over processed, chemical laden toxins labeled as food.
Medical jargon aside, stress depletes necessary nutrients in your body that can prevent your body from breaking down. So write down what causes anxiety and then write down things that make you happy and when you feel the stress, force yourself to do that which makes you happy. It takes time and effort but Rome wasn't built in a day. Interesting thought here that when you feel sad you want to be left alone and hide in your room and when you feel happy you want to go out into the light and socialize with other people. If you catch that ahead of time, then know that by constantly socializing in the light, the darkness won't creep up on you so often.

I have had this since I was a child that's better now I don't like taking medicine but if I have to I have to I think some people are just born with it some people self-medicate with alcohol I do not drink anymore I have done that years ago. I heard someone say once it's a biochemical imbalance in the brain where your tells your heart to talk too much adrenaline. I don't mind trying vitamins I don't really care for food that much lately but I do feel better in my alone time with God and just my alone time I give this to God in Jesus Christ name 🙏🏼 but as I said I have to take medication right now this is what my doctor said to do. Also the doctor that put me on this the first time (of course it was supposed to be not addictive back then) I told him you are so laid back I wish I were like you he gave me the nicest smile and said that would be boring just consider yourself a racehorse. Very kind man well my heart goes out to ANYONE who has this disease and yes it is a disease but I will try the vitamins after I talk with my doctor and the other things that I can do mostly pray to God in Jesus Christ name 🙏🏼
